Do you offer free shipping?
Yes, we offer complimentary shipping on all orders via New Zealand Post/Courier Post.
We do not ship overseas, PO Box addresses, or Parcel Collect.
Leica Store New Zealand makes every effort to deliver orders as quickly and conveniently as possible.
All deliveries require a signature. "Authority to Leave" will not be accepted under any circumstances.
Do you have a showroom where I can experience Leica products?
Yes, our Leica Boutique is located at 690 Great South Road, Penrose, Auckland 1061. We're open Monday-Friday: 9am-5pm.
Which payment methods do you accept?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express and PoliPay online.
Bank transfer and cash payments are available in-store.
New payment methods will be available soon.
Do you take pre-orders for new Leica products?
At times certain items are unavailable due to high demand. In these cases we flag these products on the website as “Pre-order only.” You can pre-order for a 100% deposit. All pre-orders are fulfilled in date order only.
