Shipping policy

You can select one of the two shipping methods at the time of order

1. Free delivery to a nominated address within New Zealand. We provide Free shipping within New Zealand to the nominated address on your order. Your order will normally arrive within 2-3 workings days from invoice. Tracking details for your order will be included on your emailed invoice receipt.
   
   If you chose to pay via bank transfer, it may take a few days for your payment to reach our bank account, your order will be released for dispatch once we receive the payment into our account.
   
   
2. Order pick-up from our showroom. You may collect your order from our showroom located at 690 Great South Road, Penrose, Auckland 1061. You will be notified by email as soon as the goods are ready for collection.

Please ensure you bring with you:

1. Email confirmation of your order.
2. Credit card that was used to place the order (if a credit card was used).
3. Photo ID: includes Driver’s licence, passport, proof of age card, government or armed services identification card. Please note that photo ID should matches the name on the credit card used to place the order.

Please note:

• No pickups via Uber or other third-party delivery services.
• No pickups will be allowed without order confirmation, matching ID and credit card.
